We understand that things happen sometimes. However, when an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hour notice, it makes it very hard for us to fill the appointment in time and therefore becomes a loss of income to the booth renters. We currently have many clients on a waitlist to get in sooner, so if we are given appropriate amount of notice we can easily fill the spot with another guest. More than 48 hours notice will not result in a cancellation fee. 25-47 hours notice prior to the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the rendered service total. 12-24 hour notice prior to cancellation will result in loss of deposit, and 75% fee of the rendered service total. Less then 12 hour notice/no show will result in 100% cancellation fee for the total amount of the service that was missed. Please schedule an over the phone or in person consultation. Do not schedule online if you do not know which service to schedule. If you come and have scheduled the incorrect service for what you want, we may not have time and will most likely need to reschedule. These scheduling errors can be avoided with the consultation and are treated the same as a “same day no show.” This policy is to protect our time and ensure that we can continue to stay in business for you and other clients. Our system sends out reminders. Please be mindful of these Courtesy text and try to reach out with the 48hr reminder notification if you feel you might not make your appointment.
